For Africa to crawl out of poverty, good governance must first all be realized. Otherwise all the efforts being done by different organisations will not achieve anything in the presence of dictators and corrupt leaders. On a positive note, it is important to point out that some countries (Botswana, Mozambique) are doing well in the area of good governance.

I learnt in a school of mixed tribes i have seen a group of each recism together and no one can be a friend of another recism. Working most people employ worker from their recist or someone close to that. This should stop. some people deserve good things for their hard working.

I will really want to contribute many things with the UN especially with my fellow youth and ophans. Many youth get spoil when it comes to growing up they always think they know better than their parents. I was one of them. I cant about it. I always think whatever i do is that right move. I came from a very small but strict family but still they couldnt hadle me. I realised all the mistakes i made when my parents died. It hitted me that life is not a joke. Things change. People change now thank God am picking up with it and am the one who takes care of my brothers and sisters. I take care of my elder brother who used to use drugs. It affected him that now he is not himself. My contribution to the youth is that time is money, and no one can help you, not friends or relatives.

The UN volunteers organization has linked to this blog because I mentioned its activities. Unfortunately, this blog is about online training used in corporations and that's my only expertise, so I'm unable to answer the preceding questions.

If you're interested in using elearning (online education) in development, you might find help at the Facebook group called Elearning in Developing and Developed Countries. You can find it here:

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=12471635541

Also, the annual eLearning Africa conference takes place 27-29 May in Dakar. According to its website, "Its mission is to bring people together who are actively engaged in education and in the implementation of learning technologies in schools, universities, corporate training as well as in education in the public sector."

You can learn more about the conference here:

Dear Mr Kakale,

You are right , full support to you , developed nations are cheating the third world countries, through their neo-liberal ,free trade ideology , for me is just a strategy to maintain resources flowing from developing to developed countries.

Practically what we observe nowdays insead of ruling by the gun like it was the case durung the colonization , it became rule by trade policy whereby so called "free trade " is used as ideology to continue to maintain colonial economic relations with the developing world .

In simple words , to get the market of their industrial products while taking at cheaper cost the raw material of the less industrialised countries, which will be soldback to them at exhorbitant price.

As consequence, the real beneficiaries from current trade liberalization are rich countries while make the poor poorer and put many out of work .

What to do ? answer = ask african leaders .

Who knows ? answer = ask EU and US under their " Chien mechant " WTO.

Can we resign ??? NO !!! let us struggle , one day we will win.

Best regards to all supporters and those who advocate the development and alleviation of poverty of the entire world.
