I really like that article from Cammy Bean.
I’ve just written the first in a series of videos aimed at helping small business owners understand accounts and bookkeeping, and used Cammy’s “Meet Pete and his team” principle – trying to tell a story rather than just throw figures at the listeners.
Here’s hoping the boss likes it

Good luck, Emily! I think a story is often a great idea, especially if the learner can take a role in the story, such as an advisor to Pete or maybe as Pete’s replacement when Pete suddenly leaves for Rio.
